Our timetable offers classes every day, making it easy to fit reformer Pilates into your routine. Each session is led by our amazing instructors — fully qualified, highly experienced, and passionate about helping you move better. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll be supported, challenged, and guided every step of the way.

  • Foot straps to challenge your core and the fit springs kicks in! An intense, challenging and dynamic class combining the principles of traditional Pilates. Expect to get out of breath as you move through a combination of compound and dynamic exercises.

  • This class utilises the pulleys on the reformer to the max! It is a dynamic and comprehensive workout that engages the whole body whilst strengthening and toning all major muscle groups.

  • This class will target Arms, Abs and Ass. Designed to sculpt and strengthen, providing a comprehensive and balanced workout that enhances muscle tone, core stability and strength.

  • Let’s get peachy on the reformer! This lower body focused class is designed to build strength, improve tome and enhance flexibility in the legs, glutes an hips.

  • A beginners adventure! This class is designed to build a strong foundation, focusing on mastering basic movements understanding the equipment and developing body awareness and control.

  • This class combines the strengthening benefits of Pilates with a focus on increasing flexibility and promoting continuous, flowing movement on the reformer. Lengthen muscles, improve range of motion, and build core strength in a dynamic and mindful practice.

  • This is a dynamic full-body class designed to challenge and strengthen at all levels. Incorporating a variety of flowing movements on the Reformer, this class focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and increasing overall muscle tone
